The Craig Farm is nestled into the foothills of northwest Georgia. We specialize in breeding fine quality, pasture raised Miniature Herefords. Our cattle are selected to be registered breeding stock, show prospects, pasture pets, and grass-fed beef.
In addition to our cattle, we have a few smaller livestock projects. April raises adorable Dwarf Hotot rabbits for exhibition. We also keep Coturnix quail and Sussex chickens for eggs, fine table fowl, and exhibition birds. We also added our first dairy goats to the farm and hope to offer dairy products within the next year. We grow a modest vegetable garden, cutting garden, and have a small orchard. The orchard is in its infancy but we grow blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, peaches, and figs. Our cutting garden is primarily cosmos, zinnias, marigolds, sunflowers, and roses. Flowers and extra produce are offered for sale in season. This farm is a childhood dream come true! Our goal is to live a simpler life in a fast-paced world. We want to play a larger part in our food supply: knowing where the food came from and how it was raised. We also love sharing our passion with others. Sincerely, Brandon & April |
Please note that our farm is not open to the public. We are not currently offering tours to the public nor do we have visiting hours.
